MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Contracts Support Lead to join them on an ongoing contract based in the West Midlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for controlling the account finance process from generation of cost through to chasing of debt to include Budget tracking, client approval, cost control, invoicing, WIP , Debt and reporting.
  • Using the COINS finance system you will ensure that all cost expended are covered under purchase orders and either under the contract terms or by separate client instruction, you will ensue that the site processes are tuned to ensure efficiency and create a gate process that must be completed prior to placing orders.
  • Track spend against budgets and ensure that regular reviews are carried out with the customer for reconciliation or approvals as necessary.
  • Ensure that Debt and WIP is kept to a minimum and cash is received on time.
  • Support the Account and Facilities Managers and site team with workload allocation, job management and reporting.
  • Own the communication both internal, client and external ensuring that we have a joined up and consistent message throughout.


Skills/Experience required:

  • Highly organised and planned.
  • Professional and presented to reflecting the brand environment.
  • Experience in multi stakeholder management in similar environment
  • Excellent customer relationship and supplier management skills
  • Good command of written English, grammar and spelling essential.

  • Financial reporting and Accounting experience, raising Purchase Orders to suppliers and Invoices to the client, managing WIP and Debt

  • Basic Health & Safety/Compliance knowledge - ability to distinguish between correct and incorrect documentation and the confidence to challenge this when necessary

As Neighbourhood Manager, you will lead a team delivering high-quality, resident-focused housing management services. You'll ensure that all tenancy, estate, and leasehold services are delivered in line with regulatory and legal compliance, while promoting safe, sustainable communities.

Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with housing legislation, tenancy agreements, and regulatory standards (e.g. H&S, fire safety, safeguarding)
  • Monitor estate standards and oversee regular inspections, ensuring communal areas meet compliance requirements
  • Investigate and resolve tenancy breaches, including anti-social behaviour, subletting, and safeguarding concerns
  • Oversee tenancy changes such as successions, assignments, and mutual exchanges
  • Collaborate with compliance and asset teams to ensure timely resolution of repairs and statutory checks
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for audits, inspections, and regulatory returns
  • Support vulnerable residents through referrals and partnership working with support agencies

list Tenancy Specialist

£23.00 - £30.53 per hour

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Tenancy Specialist to join a fantastic Housing Provider based in South London. This is a temporary contract, offering flexible working from both office and home.

As a Tenancy Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality tenancy management services.

Duties:

  • Managing all tenancy fraud, sub-letting and RTB fraud cases across the region, including conducting investigations or tasking colleagues to investigate locally.
  • The effective case management of anti-social behaviour cases, directing and supporting colleagues with investigations and enforcement action.
  • Deciding on the most appropriate action against those who commit tenancy fraud or perpetrate anti-social behaviour and the most appropriate support for victims
  • Preparing legal files and managing legal action cases for tenancy enforcement and fraud. Working with solicitors, process servers and bailiffs.
  • Represent the client at court for tenancy fraud, ASB and other (non arrears) tenancy related legal cases such as legal disrepair as required.
  • Managing complex tenancy management cases referred from Customer Support e.g. complex successions, complex end of tenancy reviews etc
  • Liaising with and assisting the Police and other partners to acquire evidence that can be used to identify fraud and/or criminal proceedings. This may include interviews at the Police station and /or on surveillance operations to ensure a co-ordinated response.
  • Liaising with internal and external agencies such as Women's Aid, NFI, local authorities, mediation, solicitors or support services.


Experience Required:

  • An excellent understanding of anti-social behaviour and/or tenancy fraud
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation in respect to tenancy management, fraud, ASB and legal disrepair.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Data Protection and how it applies in investigation work
  • Experience of investigative interviewing, ideally for fraud and/or ASB
  • Good organisational skills with ability to manage a varied workload and keep full, accurate and up to date records
  • Experience of preparing and presenting cases at court
  • Experience of successful case management with positive outcomes
  • A Counter Fraud Specialist qualification or working towards on is desirable.

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Operations Manager on a Permanent basis in East London.

 Responsibilities

  • To work in partnership with the clients to exceed operational and business expectations. Overall responsibility for management and motivation off full time staff and contractors.
  • Liaise and develop relationships with the client's representatives and resident groups.
  • Monitor progress of the contract to ensure the completed works are correct and to the agreed specification standard.
  • Monitor quality, safety and environment and promote a safety culture within the business unit.
  • Manage a team of Supervisors, Administrators and Resident Liaison Officers to ensure contractual expectations are met along with responsibility for recruitment retention, training and development of employees.

Requirements:

  • Strong management skills and the ability to motivate a team at all levels.
  • Understanding of all principles within contract management.
  • The ability to adapt to busy workload.
  • Clean DBS.
  • Full Driving License.

£17.50 - £23.23 per hour

MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Leasehold Officer to join them on Temporary basis, in West Sussex.

Umbrella Rate: £23.23 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and account for all charges payable on leasehold flats and shared ownership properties.
  • Maintain all records and deal with the administration of the billing and recovery of all costs associated with service, management and all other charges applicable to leasehold flats and shared ownership properties.
  • Offer advice and signposting for people in hardship in arrears. Initiate legal action for the recovery of arrears, assisting the Leasehold Services Manager and Legal Services in cases in the County Court
  • Maintain on an ongoing basis through the year, actual costs for communal/structural routine building maintenance chargeable to the block and recharged to lessees in Management Charge billing
  • Assist with the consultation with leaseholders on qualifying works over the prescribed limit and long-term agreements, in accordance with Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (as amended) and in accordance with the Council's policies for consultation with residents, to ensure that residents are properly informed and the Council is legally able to recover costs from leaseholders
  • Deal with all enquires relating to costs and charges on leasehold flats and shared ownership properties resulting from correspondence or in person/via the telephone
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests for information from external agencies in regard to property sales, update system
  • Respond to demand from Right to Buy applicants by offering advice and assistance at any point of the process and at a face to face meeting to discuss the section 125 Offer Notice

list Repairs Coordinator

£14.60 - £18.00 per hour

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Repairs Coordinator based in Bristol on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

The Repairs Coordinator will work closely with the Maintenance Team to ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads. You will liaise with residents and contractors to ensure that all works are completed to a high standard.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Operatives diaries.
  • Planning repairs works for pre and post inspection, reactive and emergency repairs.
  • Prioritising emergency works.
  • Booking appointments and allocating works to the available operatives and following works from start through to completion.
  • Ensure all relevant data is updated on a timely basis.
  • Liaising with tenants and Operatives to arrange repairs.
  • Effectively communicate any concerns about work quality and ensure operatives have the right material to complete their work.
  • Take part in meetings, supervision, training as requested by the manager.


Experience Required:

  • Previous experience of working with a Housing Association / Local Authority or contractor in either a Planning, Scheduling or Customer Service capacity
  • Excellent communicator, with strong organisational skills
  • GCSEs at Grade C or above and including Mathematics and English
  • Proficient IT skills including use of Microsoft Excel and Word Proven background in a customer service focused environment
  • Experience of using database systems (Connect / Northgate / DRS)
  • Construction related knowledge

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join an excellent Contractor on a Fixed Term Basis in East London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational HR activities in collaboration with HR colleagues, taking personal responsibility so that starters, contractual changes and leavers are processed in an accurate and timely way
  • Produce, analyse and report on data to measure and benchmark HR performance as required to support and challenge managers and improve performance across the business.
  • Provide HR support at formal meetings, hearings and appeals, and with recruitment/selection activities, as required.
  • Support HR project work by undertaking research, organising, planning, and delivering training and workshops, and other tasks, including managing projects as required.
  • Operate as an integral member of the HR team, keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation, case law updates and best practice, and proactively discussing updates and recommendations with HR colleagues.
