- Write detailed reports and identify any works which need completing.
- Work with contractors to understand processes and delivery in accordance with the agreed contract.
- Problem finding, cost analysis and detailed future proofing of services.

£48000.00 - £50000.00 per annum

MMP Consultancy are currently seeking a Retrofit Project Manager for a Local Authority in South London on a 24 Month fixed term contract basis paying £48,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) on a hybrid basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong ability to lead housing Retrofit projects for social housing contracts.
  • Proven experience with project management on Retrofit programmes.
  • Ability to deliver a wide range of decarbonisation programmes.
  • Ability to lead a Retrofit programme budget including issuing of interim and final certificates, agreeing final accounts, maintaining, and monitoring budget expenditure.
