MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner based in Kent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership in order to provide insight and advice on people management strategies aligned with business goals and aspirations.
  • Providing expert professional advice and guidance across the full breadth of the generalist HR remit ensuring that all of our employment practices align with and model our culture, values, policies and best practice.
  • Analyse HR trends, workforce data and business need to proactively recommend HR solutions.
  • Partner leaders to develop their capability to handle a wide range of people management challenges effectively and provide a high-quality service to support wide ranging employee relations issues.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of organisational transformation.
  • Keep professionally up to date in terms of legislation, trends and best practice to ensure that the client is provided with timely and pro-active advice that ensures we comply with legal requirements across all aspects of people employment and contribute to strategy, policy and practice.
  • Support leadership in identifying talent gaps and creating plans to address workforce planning and succession needs, including retention strategies.
  • Continuously review HR processes and systems to ensure they are efficient, effective and aligned with the business needs, monitoring market trends to inform decisions.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong relationship building and communication skills to influence at all levels enabling robust internal partnerships.
  • Analytically inquisitive with experience of using HR data for decision making.
  • Strong focus on diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing.
  • Knowledge of current employment law, best practice and legislation
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle workplace conflict, grievances and disciplinary action.
  • Ability to coach leaders on successful employee engagement and team dynamics
  • Experience of supporting and advising on organisational transformation and change including TUPE and restructures.
  • Ability to translate complex information in to plan English
  • Competent at managing own learning and development and modelling this for others ensuring advice represents current thinking, trends and best practice.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft packages and confident in learning and maximising the use of in-house databases and systems.

list Tenant Liasion Officer

£30000 - £32000 per annum

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a crucial intermediary between the site teams, residents, and colleagues.
  • Being the main contact for residents, keeping them informed about project timelines, progress, and any disruptions.
  • Ensuring residents are aware of the works processes and communicate updates / changes accordingly
  • Attending regular client representative and tenant meetings and workshops to ensure highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
  • Ensure a consistent approach to customer care is adopted,
  • Managing the Tenant's Complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
  • Updating the database to reflect on-going works.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as necessary (such as planners and operatives) to assist with booking appointments and managing schedules
  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders for a seamless project experience.
  • Addressing residents' concerns and complaints, ensuring their needs are met
  • What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in customer service or housing-related roles, ideally within a Resident/tenant Liaison Officer (RLO) role.
  • Experience of repairs and maintenance programmes in occupied premises, ideally with legal disrepair/housing condition claims environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence to manage sometimes difficult situations, and proven ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Empathy and the ability to build trust with residents, tenants and customers.
  • Knowledge of housing regulations and disrepair protocols.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to see cases through to resolution.

list Administrator

£28000 - £30000.00 per annum

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in managing housing condition claims, including opening and maintaining case files.
  • Process legal documents, correspondence, and reports for solicitors, tenants, and contractors.
  • Monitor case progress to ensure compliance with statutory and court deadlines.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and legal representatives to coordinate inspections, repairs, and case updates.
  • Maintain accurate records in housing management systems and produce reports as required.
  • Support the team in responding to legal queries and requests for information, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Assist in preparing court documents and disclosures in line with the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Condition Claims.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Provide general administrative support, including, raising purchase orders, and maintaining filing systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience gained within a repairs and maintenance environment (for a contractor, client or both) is essential.
  • Experience of working in Soft FM would be preferred.
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Knowledge of MRI advantageous but not essential
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Customer focussed with the ability to use initiative to solve routine issues.
  • A collaborative approach, pro-active approach with the confidence and ability to communicate with key clients and customers.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience or internships in a similar role are a plus

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer on a permanent basis in East London.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively liaise between residents and contractors to ensure that resident requirements are met and any issues are promptly and suitably addressed.
  • Providing support to any vulnerable residents, you will work with carers and other relevant advocates to ensure that specific needs are taken account of and any issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships, facilitate communications and coordinate activities to streamline operations, public communications, incident response and conflict resolution.
  • Deliver effective resident consultation and engagement, providing assurances at all levels that our buildings are compliant to all legislative requirements.
  • Developing and delivering effective communication with residents, liaising closely with contractor staff to assist in the smooth running of the programmes and the ongoing building management

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience of working as a Resident Liaison Officer or Coordinator
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer in Sutton. This will be on a temporary ongoing role, working as part of the Planned Works team.

Pay Rate: £29.16 Per Hour

Please note this position will require you to have a full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle!

MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit Neighbourhood Officer to join them on a temporary basis, based in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenancies across all tenures to provide excellent tailored services that sustain tenancies and make best use of our homes.
  • Tailor new customers relationships according to need, maintaining the most appropriate ongoing contact with customers to enable them to understand and fulfil the expectations of their tenancy agreement.
  • Make the best use of our homes by supporting customers to be in the right home whether through use of registers, mutual exchanges, transfers, decants and under-occupation.
  • Help customers to understand their responsibilities as tenants and how to sustain their tenancy.
  • Build safe communities with proactive and consistent service delivery to reduce and respond to reports of anti-social behaviour, hate crime, domestic abuse, safeguarding and other tenancy breaches.
  • Undertake appropriate activities to prepare cases for legal action and deliver successful outcomes on legal cases for the organisation.
  • Manage environments where we have homes and identify new opportunities to improve estate and scheme conditions to create places where people want to live.
  • Provide technical and professional housing/tenancy management advice.
  • Effectively audit homes to identify and prevent tenancy fraud.
