Job Title: Caretaker / Bulk Driver

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for estate cleaning and maintenance, as well as operating a bulk waste collection vehicle. The role involves customer interaction, ensuring the estates remain clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estate Maintenance & Cleaning: Keep communal areas clean and report maintenance issues.
• Bulk Waste Collection: Drive a bulk waste vehicle to collect and dispose of large items.
• Customer Service: Address residents' concerns and assist with maintenance requests.
• Health & Safety: Follow safety guidelines and conduct vehicle inspections.

Skills & Experience:

• Valid UK driver's license (Category C1 or C1E preferred).
• Experience in caretaking or maintenance is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work independently.

MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join a Housing Association on a straight permanent basis paying £44,000 per annum. You will be working within Property Services to provide a responsive and professional electrical service to residents ensuring all internal and external work sites are adequately protected and maintained.
Responsibilities

• Deliver works such as rewires, remedial works, installation of smoke detectors, test and inspections and day to day responsive repairs maintenance.
• Participate in the 'out of hour's service delivery on a rota basis to ensure electrical issues are dealt with promptly.
• Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.
• Undertake any required repairs in order to maintain high levels of safety, security and working conditions across The Hyde Group properties (including vehicles and tools) in compliance with current policies and procedures:

Skills and Experience Required

• Have proven experience of working on residential properties, social housing is desirable
• Hold an 18th Edition qualification
• Hold a NVQ level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Hold an Electrical Inspection & Testing (2391) qualification
• Be able to work in accordance with NICEIC requirements.

My client is looking for a Trades Supervisor on a permanent basis offering a salary of £40,000 - £42,000 Van and Annual Bonus. The successful Trades Supervisor will be required to have experience working within a repairs and maintenance environment and be able to supervise a team of operatives.

The successful Wet Multi Trade Operative will be required to work within the repairs team completing property maintenance in Croydon. You will be supplied with a company van and fuel card.
Pay Rate:

• £21.40ph (CIS)

Working Hours - 42.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
Wet Multi Trade Skills required:

• Plastering
• Tiling
• Painting and decorating
• Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Qualifications Required:

• Relevant trade qualification
• Basic DBS Check

You will be supplied with:

• Company branded van
• Fuel card

I am currently recruiting for a Plasterer to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis in Croydon paying £21.40 per hour CIS with a van and fuel card supplied. A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.

Pay Rate:

Hours:

• 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

Plasterer Duties:

• Complete plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
