    Responsibilities:

    * Regularly checking the online facilities management system and ensuring all reported maintenance complaints and failures are responded to efficiently and effectively.

I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering areas in Oldham, Manchester. A Basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.

Pay Rate:

* £19.29ph (CIS or Umbrella)

Hours:

* 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

Multi Trade Duties:

* Complete plumbing, patch plastering and decorating works.
* Complete responsive repairs within social housing properties.
* Be customer focused
* Have a relevant Trade qualification
* Have a DBS Check
*Have an Asbestos Awareness Qualification

You will be supplied with:

* A van
* Fuel card
* PDA System

Estate Cleaner

Up to £14.83 per hour

I am currently looking for a Estate Cleaner on a contract basis for a housing provider based in Tower Hamlets. My client is looking for an immediately available Estate Cleaner.

Pay Rate:
* £14.83ph (umbrella rate)

Hours:
* Monday to Friday (7am - 3pm)

You will be required to:
* Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
* Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
* Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
