My client is looking for a Trades Supervisor on a permanent basis offering a salary of £40,000 - £42,000 Van and Annual Bonus. The successful Trades Supervisor will be required to have experience working within a repairs and maintenance environment and be able to supervise a team of operatives.

Pay Rate:

* £40,000 - £42,000 Van & Benefits (Annual Bonus)

The Trades Supervisor will be required to:

* Supervise a team of operatives
* Have knowledge of a Voids and Disrepair environment
* Prioritise and allocate works to optimise available resources
* Have experience of managing a team
* Have experience in the use of SORs, pricing and coding works
* Have health and safety knowledge and experience
* Develop relationships with colleagues and support them with growth targets
* Be responsible for achieving contract excellence
* Ensure a high standard of communication is maintained with the client, customers & colleagues

A new opportunity has arisen to work for a Social Housing Contractor for a Wet Multi Trade Operative on a temp to perm basis. The successful Wet Multi Trade Operative will be required to work within the repairs team completing property maintenance in Croydon. You will be supplied with a company van and fuel card.
Pay Rate:

• £21.40ph (CIS)

Working Hours - 42.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
Wet Multi Trade Skills required:

• Plastering
• Tiling
• Painting and decorating
• Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Qualifications Required:

• Relevant trade qualification
• Basic DBS Check

• Company branded van

A great opportunity has arisen for a Plumber to join a Social Housing Contractor on a long term temporary ongoing basis paying £21.40 per hour CIS. This will be covering the Croydon area. The successful Multi Trade Plumber will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.

Working Hours: 8:00am til 17:00pm Monday Friday

Pay rate is £21.40 per hour CIS.

Multi Trade Plumber Duties:

• Carry out carry out a range of multi-skilled plumbing, basic carpentry as well as associated within within social housing properties, voids and occupied.

The Successful Multi Trade Plumber will be required to:

• Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
• Carry out works allocated by appointments
• Hold a relevant trade qualification e.g city&guilds/NVQ
