Carpenter Duties:

Carry out carry out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied.
The Successful Carpenter will be required to:

Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving Licence
Pay Rate:

Temp - £20ph (CIS or Umbrella)

Hours:

45 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8:00am - 17:00pm with a half hour break
You will be supplied with:

A van
Fuel card
PDA System

The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van and fuel card.

Pay Rate:

£24ph CIS ( 45 Hours per week ) Mon - Fri 8:00am - 17:00pm

You will be required to:

*Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied

*Carry out electrical repairs EICRs and complete NICEIC Certificates

*Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames

*Carry out works allocated by appointments

Qualifications:

*City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ

*BS 7617: 18th Edition

The Successful Multi Trader will be required to:

* Carry out works allocated by appointments
* Have a valid UK Driving Licence

Painter and decorator duties:
* Carry out carry out a range of Painting & Decorating related works within social housing properties, voids and occupied.

The Successful Painter and decorator will be required to:
* Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
* Carry out works allocated by appointments
* Have a valid UK Driving Licence
* Have or be happy to complete an asbestos awareness certificate

If successful a basic dbs check will be carried out.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a Housing Association on a permanent basis paying up to £34,000 per annum. This will be covering Southampton and surrounding areas. The successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.

Working Hours are Mon - Fri - 39 hours per week

8:30am - 17:00 Mon - Thu and 8:30am - 16:00pm on a Friday

Multi Trade Duties:

Carry out carry out a range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating and patch plastering in occupied and void properties.

The Successful Multi Trade Plumber Carpenter will be required to:
