The successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be required to work within social housing properties completing property maintenance in North West London and surrounding areas. You will be paid £21.40 per hour (CIS) with an van and fuel card supplied.

Working hours: 42.5 hours per week - Mon-Fri 8:00am til 17:00pm

Multi Trade Carpenter Skills required:

• Carpentry
• Basic Plumbing
• Flooring
• Basic Plastering and tiling
• Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
• UPVC repairs and maintenance
• Double glazed unit replacement
• Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc
• Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.

You will be working within Property Services to provide a responsive and professional electrical service to residents ensuring all internal and external work sites are adequately protected and maintained.
Responsibilities

• Deliver works such as rewires, remedial works, installation of smoke detectors, test and inspections and day to day responsive repairs maintenance.
