MMP Consultancy provided in-house training and mentoring along with full exposure to an experienced and successful team which has fast-tracked his promotion to a Recruitment Consultant. George is a determined and motivated individual whose sole focus is expanding the company’s geographical presence throughout the Midlands and the North, building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Multi Trader
A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trader to join a Social Housing Contractor based working around West Lancashire District. My client is looking for someone who is experienced within Multi Trade repairs as well as having other trades knowledge. The successful candidate will be available within short notice to join on a temporary ongoing basis paying £19.29 per hour CIS .
You will be required to:
- Complete Multi Trade repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
- Be customer focused
- Have a relevant trade qualification
- Have a DBS Check
- Asbestos Awareness Course
Hourly Rate
- £19.29ph (CIS)
Hours:
- 42.5 hours per week
You will be supplied with:
- A van
- Fuel card
- PDA System
Multi Trade Carpenter
A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a Housing Association on a permanent basis paying £34,000 per annum. This will be covering the Havant and Chichester postcodes. The successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Multi Trade Duties:
* Carry out carry out a range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties including carpentry, plumbing painting and decorating and patch plastering in both voids and occupied properties.
The Successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be required to:
* Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
* Carry out works allocated by appointments
* Have a valid UK Driving Licence
* A basic DBS will be required
