Job Title: Electrician
Location: Tower Hamlets, London
Salary: £40,000 - £43,800 (depending on experience)

Role Overview:
We're seeking a qualified Electrician to support electrical installations, testing, and maintenance within social housing properties in Tower Hamlets. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering high-quality service to our tenants.

Must Have:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• AM2 practical assessment
• Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
• 2391 Inspection and Testing (or equivalent)

Skills:

• Experience working in social housing or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of safety and building regulations
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
