You will be required to:

• Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades
• Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
• Provide your own basic hand and power tools.

• Company van

My client is looking for a Trades Supervisor on a permanent basis offering a salary of £39,000 - £41,000 Van and Annual Bonus. The successful Trades Supervisor will be required to have experience working within a repairs and maintenance environment and be able to supervise a team of operatives.

The Trades Supervisor will be required to:

We're looking for two experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a responsive maintenance team in East London-one with a plumbing bias, the other with a general multi-trade background. Work will be carried out across social housing properties within walking distance.

Key Duties:

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
• Plumbing-biased role: Taps, WCs, leaks, pipework, and general plumbing tasks
• General role: Carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting, and basic plumbing
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service

Requirements:

• Experience in social housing maintenance is essential
• Relevant trade qualifications or proven experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• CSCS card (preferred)
• A Basic DBS Check will be required
