You will be required to supervise a team of trade operatives and subcontractors whilst working closely with the Contracts Management team.

In this vital role, you will assist with property clearances, cleaning, garden maintenance, graffiti removal, and other general labouring duties to help maintain our homes and communities to a high standard.

Key Duties Include:

• Clearing and cleaning vacated properties
• Delivering and collecting materials and items
