A great new opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager to join a main social housing contractor on a permanent basis based in Hertfordshire working within the North and North West London area.

The permanent salary is £50,000 per annum Car Allowance and Bonus . You will be required to Manage and oversee Supervisors and a team of trade operatives and subcontractors whilst working closely with the Senior Management team.

The successful candidate will:
* Manage and support work stream managers and supervisors for residential services in the strategic contract management of contracts across residential services for repairs.
* Working closely with Management and support team you will be a key influencer in decision making.
* As a natural leader you will develop relationships with colleagues and mentor them in growing their skills in support of growth targets.

Repairs Supervisor

£42000 - £46000 per annum van fuel card Benefits

A great new opportunity has arisen for a Repairs Supervisor to join a main social housing contractor on a permanent basis based in Hertfordshire. The permanent salary is £42,000 per annum. You will be required to supervise a team of trade operatives and subcontractors whilst working closely with the Contracts Management team.

Mobile Gardener

Up to £15 per hour

I am currently looking for a Mobile Gardener on a contract basis for a housing provider based in North London. My client is looking for an immediately Mobile Gardener who has experience using all gardening and grounds maintenance machinery. The successful candidate must have a full UK manual driving license.

Pay Rate:
*£15.00ph (umbrella rate)

You will be required to:
* Ensure the grounds are maintained, including, strimming, mowing and hedge cutting
* Maintain and use vehicles, plant and equipment
* Ensure communal areas are clean and safe

It is essential that the successful candidate has:
* Safety boots
* Knowledge of health and safety
* Standard DBS

Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Location: Kingston upon Thames KT2

Hours: 4 on 4 off - 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Rate: £20 - £24 an hour

Responsibilities:

* In support of the Mechanical Supervisor to ensure the day-to-day efficient and safe working of all plumbing and mechanical plant on site.
* Carry out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of plumbing and mechanical plant as directed by the Mechanical Supervisor
* To attend to plant and plumbing faults and breakdowns to carry out repairs and restore the units to service as quickly and efficiently as possible.
* To report all defects on all items of equipment and any potential hazardous risk to their Mechanical Supervisor.
* Improvements and installations
* Perform reactive, routine, and preventative maintenance and testing
* Testing, fault finding, and repairs on plumbing fixtures and equipment, including water pipes, thermostatic mixing valves, sprinkler systems, sinks, toilets, showers, water filtration plant, emergency water bypass systems, and drainage systems.
* HVAC Knowledge
* Have knowledge of water treatment systems.
* Knowledge of and completion of the course on steriliser and /or washer disinfector maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Recognised traditional or modern apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing, CGLI /NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing Mechanical Engineering / or equivalent qualification or experience.
* Formal apprenticeship or craft trained equivalent.
* Have an understanding of Legionnaires Disease and its control.
* Is conversant with LPHW and LP Steam Heating Systems.
* To have knowledge of BMES system
* Driving License

A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a Housing Association based in Havant on a permanent basis paying a salary of up to £42,400 per annum with a van and fuel card supplied. This role would be covering Havant & surrounding areas.

The Electricians main duties will include:

Delivering works such as rewires, remedial works, installation of smoke detectors, test and inspections and day to day responsive repairs maintenance to occupied and void properties.

Working hours:

39 Hours per week Mon - Fri

You will be required to:
* Complete a range of electrical repairs and maintenance:
(EICRs, power & lighting repairs upgrades)
* Have experience working within social housing properties
* Have own hand and power tools
* Be customer focused

Qualifications:

MMP Consultancy has an exciting new opportunity for an Electrician to join a Housing Provider based in Norwich on a temporary basis.

You will be required to travel between Norfolk and North Suffolk

You will be required to:

* To deliver the Electrical Programme of Planned Works, including Aids and Adaptations and Kitchens. To ensure planned works, responsive and void electrical repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively to the most current Edition regulations and to the customers' satisfaction.
* To ensure repairs are carried out in accordance with the Association procedures and that all repairs and installations are carried out in accordance with the latest regulations.
* To contribute, when required, with repairs and maintenance and testing and inspection programme to ensure our Electrical compliance levels are maintained.
* Manage own workload on a day-to-day basis.

The successful candidate will have the following:

* City and Guilds 2360-Part 1 and part 2 or:
* NVQ Level 3 Including AM2 or:
* City and Guilds 2330 Levels 2 and 3 or:
* City and Guilds 2357 Including AM2
* City and Guilds 2382-10 or 2382-20 (Current Edition of the Wiring Regulations).
* Preferable-City and Guilds 2391 (or to have shown competence in Inspection & Testing electrical installations, in accordance with Guidance Note 3 of the IEE and have a good knowledge of a variety of electrical installation work. Or to have been assessed by such persons as the NICEIC for the role of Qualifying Supervisor) or the new replacement courses C & G 2394-01 or 2395-01
* Preferable-C&G2377 (Portable Appliance Testing) Should the role requires the candidate to carry out PAT.

* Basic DBS Check
