Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day Hard FM operational aspects, including maintenance, engineering functions, sustainability, energy, and Health and Safety.
* Lead Hard FM aspects of the Trust's FM Transformation Programme.
* Provide professional expertise in water safety, electrical systems, ventilation systems, medical gases, lifts, pressure systems, confined spaces, asbestos management, and more.
* Support the development of the Estates Strategy using the latest ERIC data and national standards.
* Lead and manage estate teams, including line management responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
* Professional qualification in engineering (IMechE, CIBSE, IET, IHEEM).
* Membership of a professional Estates, Engineering, or FM Chartered organisation.
* In-depth understanding of HTMs, HBNs, and all Professional Standards relating to Estate Operations.
* Detailed knowledge of Health & Safety legislations and CDM Regulations.
