Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen to work for a national contractor for a Disrepair Multi Trader on a permanent basis paying £36,000 per annum plus call out, this will give potential earnings of up to £42,000 - £45,000k per annum. The successful Disrepair Multi Trader will be required to complete planned works within properties and communal areas in London (designated patch will be given). The successful Disrepair Multi Trader must be willing to travel however you the aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible
.Pay Rate:
* £36,000 per annum plus call out (Potential earnings of £42k - £45k)
* Call out - £12.50 per day (standby) and £25ph (per call out)
* Mandatory - 1 week on call per month
Disrepair Multi Trade Skills required:
* Plumbing
* Carpenter
* Tiling
* Basic Plastering
* Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
* UPVC repairs and maintenance
* Double glazed unit replacement
* Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc
* Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.
Qualifications Required:
* NVQ Level 2/3 - Skilled Trade
* Basic DBS Check

* Company branded van
* Fuel card

Multi Trade Roofer
A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Roofer to work for a social housing contractor in the West of Essex on a temporary basis. My client is looking for an experienced individual with a background in social housing.
Pay Rate:
* £21.00ph (umbrella rate)
You will be required to:
* Carry out to the highest standard all aspects of Roofing repairs and maintenance installations.
Including but not limited to:
* Trace and repair leaks to roofs. (Leak detection)
* Renew Tiles and slates (small areas)
* Carry out repairs and maintenance to guttering and rainwater downpipes and test gullies and report back findings. (Including using Sky vac).
* Scaffold inspections.
* Flashing repairs and renewals
* Asphalt repairs - Hot gun and trowel
* Felt repairs.
