Job Description

MMP are seeking two Housekeepers on a full time and part time basis for a specialist hospital in Surrey.

The hourly rate for housekeeping staff £11.44

Hours 37.5 per week are either 7-3pm /8-4pm 5 days out of 7 (alternate weekends) for weekend work you will be paid time and a half.

They also have a part time vacancy for the same rate of pay - Monday & Friday plus one other day (22.5 hours) plus one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, common areas, and administrative spaces.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
  • Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold the hospital's high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Chef De Partie

MMP are working with one of the largest Oxford colleges, we are looking for a Chef De Partie to support the Head chef and Sous Chefs in managing and supervising the Kitchens. The post-holder will be expected to work as part of a busy environment and cover colleagues during absence and for events.

The successful candidate will join a friendly team of professional chefs with a wealth of experience and who are passionate about delivering high culinary standards. The role will involve preparing meals for a wide range of catered events in the College, including fine dining, garden parties and weddings.

Salary: £31,577 pa, depending on previous skills and experience

list Repairs Planner

£28000 - £29000 per annum

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Repairs Planner on a Permanent basis, based in Surrey.

The Repairs Planner will work closely with the Maintenance Team to ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads. You will liaise with residents and contractors to ensure that all works are completed to a high standard.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage Operatives diaries.
* Planning repairs works for pre and post inspection, reactive and emergency repairs.
* Prioritising emergency works.
* Booking appointments and allocating works to the available operatives and following works from start through to completion.
* Ensure all relevant data is updated on a timely basis.
* Liaising with tenants and Operatives to arrange repairs.
* Effectively communicate any concerns about work quality and ensure operatives have the right material to complete their work.
* Take part in meetings, supervision, training as requested by the manager.

Experience Required:
* Previous experience of working with a Housing Association / Local Authority or contractor in either a Planning, Scheduling or Customer Service capacity
* Excellent communicator, with strong organisational skills
* GCSEs at Grade C or above and including Mathematics and English
* Proficient IT skills including use of Microsoft Excel and Word Proven background in a customer service focused environment
* Experience of using database systems (Connect / Northgate / DRS)
* Construction related knowledge

Caretaker

Up to £29260.00 per annum pension annual leave plus more

Job Title: Caretaker
Location: Ashford, Surrey TW15
Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 19:00) with a daily 30-minute break. Occasional Saturday work required during school events or major refurbishment work.
Salary: £29,260

An amazing private school is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join their team. The successful candidate will assist the Estates Manager in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-maintained school environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Estates Manager in health and safety compliance, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Act as Fire Officer and manage site security.
