MMP Consultancy has an exciting new opportunity for an Electrician to join a Housing Provider based in Norwich on a temporary basis.
You will be required to travel between Norfolk and North Suffolk
You will be required to:
* To deliver the Electrical Programme of Planned Works, including Aids and Adaptations and Kitchens. To ensure planned works, responsive and void electrical repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively to the most current Edition regulations and to the customers' satisfaction.
* To ensure repairs are carried out in accordance with the Association procedures and that all repairs and installations are carried out in accordance with the latest regulations.
* To contribute, when required, with repairs and maintenance and testing and inspection programme to ensure our Electrical compliance levels are maintained.
* Manage own workload on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will have the following:
* City and Guilds 2360-Part 1 and part 2 or:
* NVQ Level 3 Including AM2 or:
* City and Guilds 2330 Levels 2 and 3 or:
* City and Guilds 2357 Including AM2
* City and Guilds 2382-10 or 2382-20 (Current Edition of the Wiring Regulations).
* Preferable-City and Guilds 2391 (or to have shown competence in Inspection & Testing electrical installations, in accordance with Guidance Note 3 of the IEE and have a good knowledge of a variety of electrical installation work. Or to have been assessed by such persons as the NICEIC for the role of Qualifying Supervisor) or the new replacement courses C & G 2394-01 or 2395-01
* Preferable-C&G2377 (Portable Appliance Testing) Should the role requires the candidate to carry out PAT.
* Driving Licence
* Basic DBS Check

New opportunities have arisen for several Multi Trade Operatives to work for a national contractor/housing provider on a temporary basis covering Lambeth and surrounding areas.
The successful Multi Trader's will be required to complete reactive maintenance within properties and communal areas in areas across Lambeth the successful candidate must be willing to travel however you the aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible.
