A great opportunity has arisen to work for a housing provider based in Berkshire for a Mobile Caretaker on permanent basis. You will be required to have a driving license and will be supplied with a van while on-site offering a salary of £22,592
Pay Rate:
* £22,592pa (permanent salary)
Duties and responsibilities:
* Regular Inspections of, and provision of access to, estate locations Grounds Maintenance Operative
* Ensure the estates within the area are kept clean, tidy and safe.
* Cleaning, clearing, and litter picking.
* Ensure communal areas are clean and safe.
* Graffiti removal and jet-washing
* Adjusting time clocks and replacing light bulbs
* Any other similar estate duties in line with the role and the service offer
Experience Required:
* Ideally having worked within a similar role.
* Worked within the social housing sector.

Pay Rate:
* £21.00ph (umbrella rate)
You will be required to:
