Jonny started working in recruitment in 2012 at age 16 after finishing his GCSEs in administration. The buzz of the recruitment environment encouraged Jonny to push for more, eventually moving to a Resourcer and then a 360 Recruitment Consultant position, sourcing healthcare candidates for his NHS clients.
Jonny joined MMP Consultancy in 2019 as part of the NHS/Education team. In 2021, he took responsibility as Managing Consultant of the Estates & Facilities department, where he and his team source candidates at all seniorities for MMP’s education and healthcare clients across England. Now with over 10 years of working in a recruitment environment, his passion for professionalism and drive for success is pushing Jonny to grow the Estates & Facilities team to deliver more high-quality recruitment campaigns for MMP’s public sector clients.

MMP Consultancy is seeking a Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities on behalf of an NHS Trust based in Essex. This is a permanent position paying £107k per annum, with the ideal candidate starting as soon as possible. Previous experience within the NHS at Director level is non-negotiable.

MMP Consultancy is seeking a Principal Building Control Surveyor on behalf of a Local Authority based in Bedfordshire. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary range of £50,085 - £54,047 with the ideal candidate starting as soon as possible. The standard working pattern will be Monday to Friday with flexibility and regular work-related travel required.
Ideally candidates will be a minimum of Class 2F on the BSR, however any registration of Class 2A and upwards will be considered.
The role involves working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, from residents and businesses to local authorities and central government whilst providing specialist advice on Building Regulation compliance to a variety of users. The Building Control Inspector will evaluate applications and fees, carry out plan checking, site inspections, provide special Building Regulatory advice and investigate and enforce compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-application Advice: Provide expert guidance to both professionals and non-professionals in the construction field.
* Plan Appraisal: Assess applications for all types of buildings, ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.

MMP Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a Private Developer to be based in Oxfordshire. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £80,000 - £85,000 with a 10% bonus scheme plus a £6,900 car allowance.
The objective of this role is to manage cash flow and maximise profitability by analysing work packages and the building process. The role involves controlling costs, reporting financial projections, and ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and other company procedures.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Production and Technical Leads to identify risks and manage program scope.
* Attend design meetings, clear actions on time, and provide input on potential cost savings.
* Produce and monitor contract sums and cash flow, ensuring a positive cash position and achieving a minimum 10% overvalue.

MMP Consultancy is seeking a Health and Safety Manager on behalf of a Construction Arm of a Housing Association, covering sites from Yorkshire down to Devon. Candidates will be primarily working remotely but with frequent travel to sites within their remit, with pence per mile and accommodation costs covered. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £48,827 plus a £5k car allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice to internal teams and external contractors regarding health, safety, and wellbeing on-site.
* Undertake regular site inspections, monitor third-party safety inspections, and report findings.
* Collaborate with contractors to improve HS&W performance and adherence to best practices.
* Educate design teams on design risk principles and support in identifying and eliminating H&S risks during pre-construction phases.
