After a career in childcare for 10 years following a role as a PA in London and at a Private School, Lacey wanted a change of career in 2020 after having 2 children. She started working at MMP as a Compliance Officer on a part-time basis to give her the ability to support her family.

Lacey relishes being an integral member of the MMP family and often takes on the ‘mother figure’ role!

Outside of her part-time hours, Lacey spends time with her husband and children and gets involved with the school committee. Time with family and friends is of great importance to her, and when she is at her happiest!
