Job Description
Join a newly established Estates Maintenance team, as a Mechanical Fitter within the West London Hospital (St'Bernards). Your role includes maintaining mechanical systems, ensuring safety compliance, and providing technical expertise. The role will be working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, earning £23 per hour(Umbrella) plus O/T / 6 Months work on going.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with safety standards (HTM03-01, Gas Safety Regulations).
* Maintain safety systems and practices.
* Operate building management systems.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
* Manage planned maintenance systems.
* Manage on-site contractors.
* Perform reactive, routine, and preventative maintenance.
* Maintain records and conduct repairs.
* Work in various environments, including unsociable hours.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant experience.
* City & Guilds certificate or NVQ Level 3.
* Health & Safety knowledge.
* Minimum 3 years in mechanical/gas installations.

The successful Plumber will be required too:

I am currently looking for Grounds Maintenance Operative on a contract basis for a housing provider based in East London. My client is looking for an immediately available Grounds Maintenance Operative.
Pay Rate:
* £16.00ph (umbrella rate)
Working Hours:

Duties:
* Ensure the grounds are maintained, including, strimming, mowing and hedge cutting
* Maintain and use vehicles, plant, and equipment
* Ensure communal areas are clean and safe
