Job Description

MMP Consultancy is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor on behalf of one of our NHS clients based in west London. The position is to start as soon as possible for a period of 6 to 12 months, to either be extended or to made permanent.

The successful Fire Risk Assessor can expect an hourly rate equivalent to circa £34ph umbrella, however this is to be paid directly via the NHS Trust's Staff Bank on a PAYE basis.

The Trust is looking to bring a Fire Risk Assessor on board to carry out fire risk assessments across one of three hospital sites. Fire Risk Assessments will be recorded on FCS, of which previous experience using the system is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospital, however candidates from other public sector organisations are welcome. Candidates must have a NEBOSH in Fire Safety and be familiar with HTMs.

    Responsibilities:

    The Outside Porter is responsible for maintaining the exterior areas of the school, ensuring they are clean, safe, and welcoming.     * Gate Management: Unlock and monitor the playground gate at the end of the Lower School day, ensuring only authorized parents or guardians enter and children are safely collected.
    * Parent Assistance: Aid parents/guardians with inquiries about deliveries, collections, and drop-offs.
    * Maintenance Assistance: Assist the maintenance department as needed.
    * Visitor Liaison: Ensure high standards of child safety and well-being through close interaction with parents and visitors.
    * Gardening: Water external plants and trees and perform gardening tasks as requested.
    * Driving Requests: Coordinate with the transport office for deliveries and collections.
    * School Participation: Engage in school events, committees, and extracurricular activities.
    * Additional Duties: Perform other duties as requested by the Facilities Operations Manager.

    Requirements

    * Experience: At least two years in maintenance, porter, or janitorial roles.
    * Skills: Ability to multi-task, manage projects to deadlines, and handle various tasks promptly.
    * Interpersonal Skills: Strong diplomacy and tact when interacting with parents, faculty, and staff.
    * Teamwork: Excellent collaborative skills and a team-focused attitude.

    I'm recruiting for a Premises Assistant to join a School in Slough. Assist in maintaining and securing Trust premises and sites, ensuring a safe working environment, under the general supervision of the premises manager, Head of Estates, and Principal, and as part of a team.
    Responsibilities:
