Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a social housing contractor on a permanent basis, offering a salary of up to £41,000 - £42,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van. This will be covering North London and surrounding areas.
Pay Rate:
* £41,000 - £42,000 per annum
You will be required to:
*Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied
*Carry out rewires and void property upgrades
*Testing and inspection works
*Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
*Carry out works allocated by appointments
Qualifications:
*City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ
*BS 7617: 18th Edition
*2391 or 2395
You will be supplied with:
* Company branded van
* Fuel card
* PDA

I am currently looking for a Bulk Driver on a contract basis for a housing provider based in North West London. My client is looking for an immediately available candidate.
Pay Rate:- Bulk Driver - £15.00ph (umbrella rate)
Working Hours -- Monday to Friday (36 hours per week)
Duties- Empty bins
- Clear rubbish
- Drive company vehicle (unable to take home)
