Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a social housing contractor on a permanent basis, offering a salary of up to £41,000 - £42,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van. This will be covering North London and surrounding areas.
Pay Rate:
* £41,000 - £42,000 per annum
You will be required to:
*Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied
*Carry out rewires and void property upgrades
*Testing and inspection works
*Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
*Carry out works allocated by appointments
Qualifications:
*City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ
*BS 7617: 18th Edition
*2391 or 2395
You will be supplied with:
* Company branded van
* Fuel card
* PDA

I am currently looking for a Mobile Gardener on a contract basis for a housing provider based in North West London. My client is looking for an immediately Mobile Gardener who has experience using all gardening and grounds maintenance machinery. The successful candidate must have a full UK manual driving license.
Pay Rate:
*£15.00ph (umbrella rate)
You will be required to:
* Ensure the grounds are maintained, including, strimming, mowing and hedge cutting
* Maintain and use vehicles, plant and equipment
* Ensure communal areas are clean and safe
It is essential that the successful candidate has:
* Safety boots
* Knowledge of health and safety
* Standard DBS
Experience Required:
* Zero. Just a positive, can do attitude
