Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a Carpenter to join a social housing contractor on a temporary basis covering areas in either Islington or North West London. A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
Pay Rate:
* Temp - £20ph (CIS)
Hours:
* 40 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
Carpenter Duties:
* Complete carpentry repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
* Be customer focused
* Have a carpentry qualification
* Have a DBS Check
You will be supplied with:
* A van
* Fuel card
* PDA System

My client is looking for an immediately Mobile Gardener who has experience using all gardening and grounds maintenance machinery. The successful candidate must have a full UK manual driving license.
Pay Rate:
*£15.00ph (umbrella rate)
You will be required to:
* Ensure the grounds are maintained, including, strimming, mowing and hedge cutting
* Maintain and use vehicles, plant and equipment
* Ensure communal areas are clean and safe
It is essential that the successful candidate has:
* Safety boots
* Knowledge of health and safety
* Standard DBS
Experience Required:
* Zero. Just a positive, can do attitude
