Tenancy and Leasehold Manager (Hybrid Working) - Housing Association - North London

About the Role:
A leading Housing Association in North London is seeking two Tenancy and Leasehold Managers to join their dynamic team on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding role where you'll be handling a wide range of tenancy and leasehold matters, supporting residents, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex tenancy and leasehold enquiries, including permissions, licences, subletting, and tenancy visits.
- Act as the primary point of contact, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of complex issues.
- Use technology to communicate effectively with residents, ensuring all information is recorded accurately in line with policies and procedures.
- Conduct home visits, site visits, or office appointments as required.
- Achieve personal and business targets, service levels, and quality standards to maximise customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in tenancy or leasehold management within a high-pressure, statutory environment.
- Strong knowledge of the legal and contractual frameworks around tenancy and homeownership management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and manage challenging conversations.
- IT proficient, with experience using Microsoft Office and in-house systems.
- A self-motivated, assertive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.

    About the Role
    We are working with a medium-sized housing association based in London to recruit a Compliance Officer specialising in fire safety. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong data management and contract administration skills to support the organisation's fire safety compliance efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing compliance with fire safety regulations, including Active Fire Safety, AOV systems, Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting, and Evacuation Systems.
    • Oversee the administration and coordination of fire safety contracts, ensuring all contractor obligations are met.

    • Experience working with fire safety compliance processes (desirable but not essential to be technically qualified).
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills to coordinate with contractors and residents.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamic 365 is a plus.
