* City and Guilds 2382-10 or 2382-20 (18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations).
* City and Guilds - Testing & Inspection - 2391/ 2395
* C&G2377 (Portable Appliance Testing)
Pay Rate:
* £22.00ph (umbrella rate)
Hours:
* 40 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

New opportunities have arisen for several Multi Trade Operatives to work for a national contractor/housing provider on a temporary basis covering Lambeth and surrounding areas.

* Plumbing Instal and maintenance
* Performing maintenance work in a manner that improves equipment and ensures regs and safety standards are met.
* Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders.
* Carry out routine, emergency, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment work.
* Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems and/or databases.
* Preventative and reactive repairs.
* Experience and knowledge of working in a Maintenance environment.
* Conducting follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
* Proactive approach to relationship development with colleagues.
* Inspect the building regularly.
* Ability to interpret and apply guidelines to a specific activity.
