I am currently recruiting for an Electrician to join a Housing Provider based in Norwich on a temporary basis.

You will be required to travel between Norfolk and Suffolk, primarily Kings Lynn / Dereham.

You will be required to:
* Testing & Inspection
* Reactive Repairs
* Be up to date with legislations and qualifications.
* Be customer focused.

Essential Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds 2357 Including AM2.
* City and Guilds 2360 - Part 1 and part 2
* City and Guilds 2330 Levels 2 and 3
* City and Guilds 2382-10 or 2382-20 (18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations).
* City and Guilds - Testing & Inspection - 2391/ 2395

Pay Rate:
* £25.00ph (umbrella rate)

Hours:
* 40 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

Job Title: Driver/Labourer
Service: Cleaning Commercial
Reporting to: Cleaning Commercial Supervisor
Weekly Hours: 39 hours per week (Mon-Fri, with weekends as required)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Driver/Labourer to assist with various tasks, including clearing void properties, garden clearances, and trade waste removal across Norwich. You will report to the Cleaning Commercial Supervisor and help ensure excellent service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Follow Health & Safety regulations and training.
  • Perform routine and non-routine cleaning duties.
  • Use equipment, chemicals, and products safely.
  • Complete required paperwork (timesheets, vehicle defect log).
  • Be flexible with additional duties and overtime.
  • Communicate effectively with the Management Team and customers.


Qualifications/Knowledge/Training:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience (Desirable).
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (Essential).

Experience:

Job Title: Electrician (Reactive & Voids)
Location: Norfolk & North Suffolk
Reports To: Local Delivery Manager / Maintenance Manager / Team Leader
Salary: £36,618 per annum

Job Purpose:
Join a Housing Association as an Electrician, responsible for delivering responsive and void electrical repairs in line with 18th Edition regulations. You'll ensure repairs are carried out efficiently, while supporting planned installations and maintaining electrical compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out responsive and void electrical repairs to the latest regulations.
  • Support planned electrical works, including Aids and Adaptations and Kitchens.
  • Manage your workload efficiently, ensuring work is completed on time.
  • Respond to tenant queries in a professional manner.
  • Mentor trainees and support team development.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and operational policies.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Fully qualified Electrician with 18th Edition knowledge.

Technical Supervisor - Voids Team

Location: Dagenham
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: £43,000 per annum

I'm looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead a Voids team, overseeing property repairs and refurbishments for unoccupied homes. You'll manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring high performance, compliance, and excellent service delivery.



Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise repairs and voids works, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Drive team performance and meet operational KPIs
  • Maintain accurate job records using PDA and Accuserve systems

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll lead a team of operatives and contractors, overseeing day-to-day service delivery, performance, and quality assurance from first report to final invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise teams and specialist subcontractors
  • Manage job scheduling, inspections, and reporting
  • Support service improvements and performance targets
  • Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service delivery

Multi Carpenter

Up to £34000 per annum Van & Fuel card


A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a Housing Association on a permanent basis paying £34,000 per annum. This will be covering the Portsmouth/Southampton areas. The successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Working Hours are Mon - Fri - 39 hours per week
8:30am - 17:00 Mon - Thu and 8:30am - 16:00 on a Friday
Multi Trade Duties:
Carry out carry out a range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties including carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling and patch plastering in occupied and void properties.
The Successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be required to:
Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving Licence
A basic DBS check will be required
