Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen for a Chargehand Cleaner join a Local Authority based in Norfolk on a permanent basis, offering a salary of £25,482.47 per annum. The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van and fuel card.
Pay Rate:
* £25,482.47 per annum.
* Mandatory - Work 1 weekend day in the month.
You will be required to:
* To supervise and work alongside the cleaning team maintaining all areas to an agreed standard.
* Complete quality performance monitoring and act where performance has dropped.
* Supporting your line manager by assisting with day-to-day planning and allocation of the available employees, equipment, and materials.
* Report any cleaning difficulties to Management Team.
* Deliver toolbox talks ensuring there is a good understanding of these by all staff.
Essential the candidate has:
* Previous supervisory experience in organising staff coverage across the service and return to work meetings and paperwork.
* Previous cleaning experience.
* Experience in the use of a wide range of cleaning equipment and materials.

Working Hours:
