Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen to work for a national contractor for a Multi Carpenter on a permanent basis paying £36,000 A compulsory 1 week on call per month paid at a standby and hourly rate) with potential earnings of £40k . The successful Multi Trader will be required to complete reactive maintenance within properties and communal areas in London. The successful Multi Trader must be willing to travel however you the aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible.
Pay Rate:
* £36k Basic
* inclusive of a compulsory 7 nights Out of Hours emergency cover per month, paid at a standby and hourly rate with potential earnings of £40k .
Multi Trade Skills required:
* Carpenter
* Basic Multi Trade Skills
* Tiling
* Basic Plastering
* Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
* UPVC repairs and maintenance
* Double glazed unit replacement
* Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc
* Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.
Qualifications Required:
* Basic DBS Check
You will be supplied with:
* Company branded van
* Fuel card
* PDA

I am seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join a maintenance team within a West London NHS Trust. An exciting opportunity within a specialist sector and being responsible for the general mechanical operations. The role will be working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week and a on call rota - with 0/T / Inflated rates, earning £24 per hour flat (Umbrella) with the duration being 6 Months on going.
Responsibilities:
* Undertake complex fault diagnosis and fault rectification.

Requirement:
* NVQ in Mechanical Engineering Services - Heating, Plumbing, and ventilating.
* Steam experience.
* NHS experience (Desirable).
* Knowledge of plant relevant to building services.
* Driving license.

A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a national contractor based on a permanent basis, offering a salary of up to £38,000 per annum with the potential earnings £47,000 to £49,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van.
Pay Rate:
* £38,000 per annum plus call out (Potential earnings of £47k - £49k)
* Call out - £12.50 per day (standby) and £25ph (per call out)
* Mandatory - 1 week on call per month
You will be required to:
*Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied
*Carry out electrical repairs EICRs and complete NICEIC Certificates
*Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
*Carry out works allocated by appointments
*Participate in 24 call out rota - 1 in every 4 weeks
Qualifications:
*City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ
*BS 7617: 18th Edition
*Standard DBS Check
