MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit Relief Scheme Housing Manager to join them on Part Time Basis, in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage all aspects of housing related services to provide a high-quality housing management service to tenants.
* Monitor and action low level rent arrears cases in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Take ownership of the scheme Key Performance Indicators and responsibility for ensuring their achievement and reporting to timescale.
* Build positive working relationships with the care providers, cleaning, catering and facilities management contractors to ensure tenants receive a seamless service.
* Develop and maintain a varied activities programme which links in with the local community and encourage tenants to support their own activities.
* Implement any required health and Safety and fire checks for the scheme.
* Deliver an excellent level of service to customers ensuring that their needs are met.
* Ensure safeguarding concerns are dealt with.
* Maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information you come across in the course of your work, ensuring professional boundaries are adhered to.

    • Undertake any other duties to meet the requirements of the role

    Requirements:

    • Proven project management or contract experience
    • Detailed knowledge of using a variety of JCT and partnering contracts
    • Ability to communicate and influence contractors, colleagues and other stakeholders
    • Proven influencing and negotiating skills to resolve problems
    • Sound judgement and prioritisation skills
    • Ability to work within tight deadlines, under pressure and deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required standard
    • Experience of dealing effectively with customer complaints and able to demonstrate an understanding of what provides excellent customer service.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop business Insight reporting using a wide range of existing data sets to support delivery of the annual plan and wider strategic plan
    • Gather and analyse data to work with cross functional teams to identify trends and develop and investigate potential solutions including improvements to systems and process to drive business improvements.
    • Use data modelling techniques to identify ways to operate more effectively
    • Use customer segmentation to support decision making and model behaviours
    • Analyse performance and key indicators to support end to end business improvement reviews key service areas such as repairs, arrears and compliance checks to turn insight into foresight and predict future patterns
    • Analyse, model and visualise data by using programming languages to interrogate data in Power BI
    • To comply with the Tenant Satisfaction Measures by taking responsibility for the quarterly surveys and analysis and provide regular updates to Executive Team

    MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Planner in Kent.

    Responsibilities:
    * Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the 30-year business plan, including a mid-year update of the business plan and regular sensitivity and scenario planning.
    * Responsible for the production of the FFR Return to the Regulator of Social Housing.
    * Responsible for providing insightful and intelligent analysis on the key drivers impacting business performance and suggesting solutions to drive improvements in financial performance.
    * Able to explain complex financial information to colleagues and stakeholders with no financial knowledge, with ease.
    * Responsible for treasury liquidity management across all existing and future loan funding arrangements.
    * Support financing exercises as needed by the organisation's Treasury Strategy
    * Production of monthly interest, loan amortisation and treasury accruals
    * Production of annual loan amortisation accounting calculations
    * Production and monitoring of monthly and annual Treasury covenants, KPIs and Golden Rules
    * Production of monthly forecasts in relation to Treasury budgets
    * Responsible for the production of daily and monthly cashflow forecasts and liaison with the Property, Development and Partnership Directorate on the management of large cash transactions

    * Substantial experience of Business Planning through Brixx

    * Highly numerate, literate and an excellent communicator

    Qualifications & Skills Required:
    * CCAB Qualification
    * Strong knowledge and skills in using Brixx / Business Planning Software

    * Ability to work accurately and to deadlines
