I am currently recruiting for a Groundworker to join a West of Essex based contractor on an ongoing basis. A Basic DBS Check will need to be carried out for the successful Operative. My client is looking for an experienced Groundworker with experience in social housing.
Groundworker required to:
* Fencing works.
* Paving/slabbing works
* Installing bollards
* Brickwork
* Epoxy resin repairs
* Tiling
* Minor roofing works
* Paths repair/replacements
* Rendering & tarmac repairs
* Be customer focused
* Have social housing experience
Pay Rate:
* £19.00p/h (umbrella rate)
Hours:
* 40 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
You will be supplied with:
* A van
* Fuel card
* PDA System

Hold a trade qualification in Roofing
A basic DBS check will need to be carried out if successful and a UKATA OR IATP Asbestos Awareness course will be required.

I am currently recruiting for a Plumber to join a Social Housing contractor based in Skelmersdale on a temporary basis paying £19.29 per hour CIS. A standard DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
The successful Plumber will be required too:
- Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
- Be customer focused
- Have a plumbing qualification
- Have social housing experience
The Plumber Pay Rate:
- £19.29ph (CIS or umbrella rate)
Hours:
- 45 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8am - 17:00pm with an half hour break

I am currently looking for Grounds Maintenance Operative on a contract basis for a housing provider based in East London. My client is looking for an immediately available Grounds Maintenance Operative.
Pay Rate:
* £16.00ph (umbrella rate)
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Duties:
* Ensure the grounds are maintained, including, strimming, mowing and hedge cutting
* Maintain and use vehicles, plant, and equipment
* Ensure communal areas are clean and safe
It is essential that the successful candidate has:
*Safety boots
*Knowledge of health and safety
*Basic DBS
