Communication with finance officers and regular team meetings are essential. Leadership duties include training new staff and monitoring performance. Health and safety compliance, including reporting accidents and maintaining cleanliness, is crucial. Additionally, ensuring security of supplies and equipment, self-development, promoting the service, identifying improvements, handling cash, and fulfilling other duties as required are part of the role.
