An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Plumber to work for a Contractor based in East London on a permanent basis offering a salary of £36,000. The successful Multi Trade Plumber will be able to work in occupied properties carrying out reactive repairs.
Location:
* East London
Working hours
* 08:00am to 17:00pm
You will be required to:
* Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades - Plumbing bias.
* Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
* Provide your own basic hand and power tools.
* Optional out of hours.
* Have experience working within social housing properties.
You will be supplied with:
* Company van
* Fuel card
You must:
* Have use of a smartphone. Jobs will be supplied via an App, BYOD paid at £20.00 a month.

My client is looking for an immediately Grounds Maintenance Operative who has experience using all gardening and grounds maintenance machinery. The successful candidate must have a full UK manual driving license.
Pay Rate:

* Ensure the grounds are maintained, including, strimming, mowing and hedge cutting
