MMP Consultancy currently have an opportunity for a Administrator to join a contractor based in West Sussex.
We are seeking enthusiastic and organised professionals with exceptional customer service and administrative skills. You will be responsible for providing an excellent clerical service across various departments.
This will be a Part Time / Temporary position.
Role Purpose:
* Providing excellent administration/clerical service to internal departments and Senior Team
* Act as first point of contact for organisations customers in regards to queries and concerns
* Updating relevant databases to ensure all queries and resolutions are logged
Skills & Abilities
* Previous administrative experience ideally with a public-sector organisation
* Proficient ability in using Microsoft office packages
* Excellent customer service skills
* A good attitude and willingness to learn
