I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trader to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering Croydon installing Kitchens and Bathrooms. A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.

Working hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 17:00pm

Multi Trade Duties:

• Carry out carry out a range of Multi Trade repairs within social housing properties including kitchen and bathroom installations.

The Successful Multi Trader will be required to:

• Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
• Carry out works allocated by appointments
• Have a valid UK Driving Licence

Pay Rate:

Temp - £20ph (CIS or Umbrella)

Hours:

• 45 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

You will be supplied with:

• A van
• Fuel card
• PDA System

A great new opportunity has arisen for a Repairs Supervisor to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis based in Lambeth and surrounding areas. The hourly rate is £24 per hour CIS. You will be required to supervise a team of trade operatives and subcontractors.

Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week Mon - Fri

The successful candidate will:

• Mentor and supervise a trades team
• Develop relationships with colleagues and support them with growth targets
• Be responsible for achieving contract excellence
• Ensure a high standard of communication is maintained with the client, customers & colleagues

* Carry out routine, emergency, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment work.
