MMP Consultancy is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational management for a University based in West London. This is a permanent position paying £62,400 - £68,640 per annum to start as soon as possible.

* Deliver exceptional, customer-focused facilities services for the college's community.

Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience in senior-level facilities management.
* Proven leadership skills, particularly in uniting diverse teams and priorities.
* Strong financial management of operational and capital budgets.
* Expertise in project management with experience delivering high-value developments.
* Knowledge of building services, M&E, and hard services.
* NEBOSH qualification is required; RICS/MIWFM certification is a strong advantage.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
* Experience managing sustainability initiatives.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Catering Assistant

MMP Consultancy is seeking a Catering Assistant to join a school in Croydon on a permanent, part-time basis. This role offers the perfect opportunity for those seeking a term-time only position, giving you the school holidays off.

Candidates will be responsible for light catering responsibilities, such as delivering of food (not preparation), and cleaning the kitchen and dishes.

Key Details:
* Hours: 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
* Term-Time Only: Work 39 weeks per year, but paid for 44 weeks, over a 12 month period.

Role Purpose:

  • Liaise with landlords and the Council's anti-fraud team to prevent fraudulent activity within the temporary accommodation sector.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in temporary accommodation procurement and management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a housing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of housing law, particularly around homelessness, tenancy management, and landlord-tenant legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including property providers, legal teams, and council members.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-saving initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Purpose of role:

* Administer council tax and business rates, ensuring accurate and prompt billing, collection, and recovery of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Obtain and assess information to determine local taxation liability in accordance with legislation. This includes determination and allowance of discounts, reliefs, and exemptions.
* Accurately update and maintain the revenues databases to ensure prompt and accurate billing, collection, and recovery of accounts
* Respond appropriately to enquiries received from citizens, businesses and agents and action amendments to accounts.
* Agree repayment plans and determine appropriate recovery action that takes account of the person's circumstances whilst maximising collection.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Service Charge Analyst to join a well-respected housing association on a temporary basis. This role offers an initial 12-week contract with the possibility of extension or transitioning into a permanent position. You will play a key role in the service charge actuals and budget-setting process by producing detailed financial analysis, resolving exceptions, and liaising with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
