Job Description

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Scheduler to join an excellent Housing Association in Kent on a temp to perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the key leader for specific patches within the Scheduling Diary.
* Liaise directly with residents and operatives to book new appointments or follow on works and ensure that works are diagnosed and scheduled correctly to achieve a first time fix target and to improve productivity.
* Manage the repairs raised and administer any scheduling changes to the diary, identifying training needs within the Property Administration team and CSC and keeping residents updated.
* Deal with resident queries in relation to repairs that are escalated to the Direct Services admin team.
* Work closely with the Lead Technicians to ensure all repairs raised are attended to within the Service Level Agreements and KPI'S are met.
* Have control over appointments with residents and Contractors/DLO and ensure that these are met with the assistance of the Property Administration Team.
* Oversee all urgent and emergency jobs to ensure works are raised and completed by the Property Administration team, within target and relevant databases updated.
* To ensure that any dealings with residents and stakeholders are professional, friendly and effective.
* Ensure compliance with our financial procedures are followed for all jobs authorized and invoiced and that the average cost per property is in line with forecasted budget.
* Ensure maintenance procedures are up to date and are implemented and being followed by the CSC and the Property Administration Team.

Skills / Qualifications:

* Experience of scheduling work in a maintenance environment
* Experience of delivering a front line, customer focussed service
* Experience of working in a housing management or maintenance environment
* Experience of working on an inner city, multi-cultural environment and working closely with tenants
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well

list Income Officer

£17.60 - £23.22 per hour

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit an Income Recovery Officer to join a housing provider on a Temporary contract, based in Kent.

Responsibilities:

* Maximise income with prompt recovery of rent arrears and other debts across all tenancy types, including leaseholders, shared owners, general needs and supported tenants.
* Manage rent account effectively and provide excellent tailored services according to need to sustain tenancies and signpost for appropriate support, including foodbank and utility cost referrals.
* Promptly and accurately follow the arrears process dealing with all aspects of income recovery from first stage letters, phone calls, emails, text messaging, through to court action and eviction stages.
* Phoning customers and sending letters, carry out home visits and unannounced visits across a patch of properties and negotiate the best possible payment agreements to clear arrears as soon as reasonably possible.
* Represent the organisation and present a professional image at Court, including organising our claims with a high level of accuracy.
* Demonstrate a track record of delivering service excellence to a customer base. A record of achievement in making a difference whilst meeting challenging targets.
* Provide comprehensive legal service by representing the client through all legal processes including enforcing court judgements.


Skills & Abilities:

* Must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle daily.
* Good standard of numeracy and literacy- minimum of grade c or equivalent.
* Good understanding and able to use IT packages

list Communications and Marketing Assistant

£25000 - £25072 per annum

MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Communications & Marketing Assistant to join them on a Permanent Basis, based in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be a key point of contact within the team, managing the tasks, mailboxes and project plans that support the delivery of the 2022-2024 communications and marketing strategy.
* Support the external and internal communications partners in the delivery of their yearly communications and marketing plan.
* Co-ordinate tasks and projects across the service, maintaining databases and campaign plans, as well as content management across various platforms including Umbraco and Interact.
* Produce creative content for the team, including the design of assets, production of video or audio content and photography. This can either be produced internally or with partner agencies and freelancers.
* Manage and maintain internal resources and guides to support colleagues across the business with communications and marketing activity.
* Support the team in raising the profile externally though effective social media and digital content management.
* Support the evaluation of the team's performance through effective data capture and management through platforms including Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Hotjar and Interact.
* Assist with events ran by the team, an out of hours rota and the management of team drives.
* Support the team with the management of their yearly budgets and invoice administration.

list Repairs Planner

£28000 - £29000 per annum

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Repairs Planner, based in Hertford.

The Repairs Planner will work closely with the Maintenance Team to ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads. You will liaise with residents and contractors to ensure that all works are completed to a high standard.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage Operatives diaries.
* Planning repairs works for pre and post inspection, reactive and emergency repairs.
* Prioritising emergency works.
* Booking appointments and allocating works to the available operatives and following works from start through to completion.
* Ensure all relevant data is updated on a timely basis.
* Liaising with tenants and Operatives to arrange repairs.
* Effectively communicate any concerns about work quality and ensure operatives have the right material to complete their work.
* Take part in meetings, supervision, training as requested by the manager.

Experience Required:
* Previous experience of working with a Housing Association / Local Authority or contractor in either a Planning, Scheduling or Customer Service capacity
* Excellent communicator, with strong organisational skills
* GCSEs at Grade C or above and including Mathematics and English
* Proficient IT skills including use of Microsoft Excel and Word Proven background in a customer service focused environment
* Experience of using database systems (Connect / Northgate / DRS)
* Construction related knowledge

* Purchasing stock, materials, tools etc.
* Obtaining quotes for required materials from suppliers.
* Seek approval for purchases over the set limit.
* Keep track of lead times on items ordered.
* Communicate with Planners regarding materials etc for jobs to be booked in.
* Regulate van stock.
* Assist with WIP management including overdue's and unappointed

Skills/Experience required:
* Experience in a similar role previously
* Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

list Helpdesk Administrator

£25000 - £30000 per annum

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator on a permanent basis in Essex.

Key Responsibilities:
* Log calls/jobs on the helpdesk database utilising helpdesk software, these tasks may be received by telephone and email.
* Taking ownership of the PPM schedule & Reactive Maintenance jobs thus ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with the service requirements.
* To produce standard and ad hoc reports as required by internal and external customers and clients across Project and FM functions.
* Liaison and follow up with Managers, engineers and approved subcontractors.
* Ensure tasks are completed in line with the PPM planners and/ or client requirements.
* Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and close out.
* Compile small work quotations
